Daily Classes

  1. Slim Science : Slim Science is a sweaty yoga inspired workout to boost your metabolism. The session is a fun, challenging blend of Vinyasa and Interval Training. The special breathing techniques, help you detox and stay at your peak. Team it with our customized stress-free diet for a body and mind transformation. The session strengthens you inside out and leaves you feeling energized and ready to take on life’s challenges.
  2. Hatha Yoga : Traditional Yoga Practice that includes kriya, surya namaskar, asana, bandha, mudra , pranayama and meditation.
  3. Yoga Therapy & Meditation :  Gentle, therapeutic asana and breathing practices. It includes half hour of the deeply relaxing yoga nidra – psychic sleep, that helps heal. The session is suitable for those who are suffering from stress, anxiety, severe pain and other serious medical conditions. It is ideal for pregnant women, since the practice helps gently tone the body and soothe, revitalize the mind.
